Cerbios-Pharma SA has 15 years of expertise in the development, scale-up, and commercial manufacturing of High Potency Active Ingredients (HPAIs) and in particular of vitamin D Derivatives.
Two key compounds, calcitriol and calcipotriol anhydrous, have been manufactured in a state-of-the-art, US-FDA inspected facility for several years and have DMF and CEP available.
Contract manufacturing activities on exclusive basis in the area of Vitamin D derivatives have been performed successfully and are available for third parties.
It is Cerbios’ target to extend the portfolio of this category of compounds and related derivatives.
This activity will include development and manufacturing of future generics either on exclusive or non exclusive bases but mainly covers exclusive development of new chemical entities (NCEs) as contract manufacturer in this specific class of compounds as also in the general area of HPAIs (non cytotoxic).
